MiniLion currently offers free standard shipping to customers around the world.

There is no additional standard shipping charge for eligible destinations.

The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note that 7–10 days is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.
ORDER PROCESSING
After an order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing the products for shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other operational circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping or tracking information may be provided when available.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.
In some cases, the carrier's tracking system may take several days to display the latest movement.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
MiniLion ships internationally and offers free standard shipping to customers worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import requirements, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that are legally charged by the destination country may be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

• With household members
• With neighbors
• With building management where applicable
• With the local carrier

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

LOST SHIPMENTS
